Future C Level /Director / Manager Program Update
We are contentiously receiving great applications from many suitable applicants. So based on the application our program team select the most suitable one and call applicants for the interview session. This interview session is very much different than a traditional interview session.
In a traditional job interview normally applicants get a job description and come to see the hiring manager to tell what is relevant to that open position. But on this people development scholarship this is very different where focus on to talk about the different strengths and also the gaps of the applicants and how the applicants can cover up those gaps, pretty much like a career advisory session. End of the interview session, we also provide an assignment and inform the score for the interview session as well.
