Firstly, we come to the marketing change of the IT, Software and Internet industry which still keep the highest group of the market.
Here is the impressive data of the IT industry, open positions of IT have increased gradually more than 1344. Moreover, another high data in the chart is the Software industry which reached a perfect number 1111.
This week, the business needs staff of middle-seniors in three industries in that IT and Software has been seeking more than 900 staff. This is the best timing for people to apply in this potential industry.
In general, banking and finance are both on an upward trend. Banking made out more than 220 positions and Finance occupied nearly 200. However, the data of insurance has dropped to 103 positions. Moreover, they still need more staff at the associate and middle-senior levels.
Commercial real estate, construction and real estate have had different market changes this week. While real estate increased sharply from 35 to 52 positions, the data of construction reduced to 12 positions. Besides that, they still focus on entry-level and associate in commercial real estate, middle-senior in real estate and construction.
The F&B and food production industry has an upward trend this week with close to 125 positions in F&B and nearly 50 in food production. Otherwise, they focus on recruiting at the middle-senior level in both industries.
