In the second week of the month, Vietnam's labor market has many changes as well as the demand for human resources in each field tends to increase significantly.
The technology industry has the highest number of vacancies. Second in terms of number of vacancies are Banking, Finance and Retail. This week has seen quite a change in the F&B and food manufacturing industry.
In the second week of the month, the technology industry still has had the highest data performance. The second places are Retail, Banking and Finance and here has been a stand out change of Retail industry.
Firstly, here is an upward change in the technology industry. IT has increased more than 450 positions since last week and has reached out 915. The second place in the chart has been Software which has made 818 positions and Internet has increased from 389 to 591 positions.
This period, the business needs staff at Middle-seniors level with more than 600 in IT and Software, and 387 staff in Internet.
In the next industry, while Banking and Insurance are both upward trend, Finance has a slight decrease this week.
Banking has grown from 156 to 179 positions, Insurance has a sharp increase from 52 to 91. Finance has dropped 4 positions and has occupied 140 positions.
Moreover, Finance and Banking need more staff at the Middle-senior levels and Insurance has focused on hiring associate levels.
Commercial real estate, construction and real estate have had an upward trend this week. Commercial real estate has made out 35 positions, Construction has gone up to 17 and Real estate has occupied more than 70 positions.
Besides that, they still focus on middle-senior and associate level
The F&B and food production industry has had a dramatic change this week. While F&B has climbed quickly from 51 to 81 positions, Food Production has a straight reduction from 51 to 21 positions. Both industries have changed about 30 positions.
Otherwise, they focus on recruiting at the Middle-senior level.
In the last group, here is the stand out data performance of Retail which has had a sharp increase from 107 to 207 positions. Consumer Goods has a slight reduction which has made 62 positions, Fashion and Consumer Electronics has occupied the same value at 14 positions.
In addition, they need staff at Middle-senior level and Associate level.
